2. Your rights as a data subject

(1) You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR):

You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;

Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR):

You have the right to request the immediate rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us;

Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR):

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Right to restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR):

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR):

You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller.

Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR):

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. In particular, you may object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes and to associated profiling. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or point out to you our compelling legitimate reasons for continuing the processing.

Right of revocation (Art. 7 (3) GDPR):

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. As a result, we will no longer be allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future.

3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

When you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The information mentioned is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted.

4. Use of cookies

(1) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using, and through which certain information flows to the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, us). This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:

- Persistent cookies (see b).

a) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, which can be used to assign various requests from your browser to the shared session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website, for example, to prevent you from having to log in again each time you change pages. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.

b) Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. 5. Recipients or categories of recipients of the data

External service providers who may receive personal data generally fall into the following categories of recipients:

If there is no decision by the EU Commission, we only transfer data to service providers from third countries that offer appropriate guarantees in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (usually EU standard contractual clauses). In cases where this cannot be ensured even by this contractual extension, we will endeavor to obtain additional regulations and commitments from the recipient in the respective country.

(2) Within our company, those departments, managers, and employees who need your data to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations will have access to it. They are also obliged to comply with data protection regulations.

6. Contacting us

(1) When you contact us (for example, by email or using the contact form), the information you provide will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise. The contact form is an additional service provided by us and serves our legitimate interests in enabling you to contact us quickly and easily (cf. Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

(2) The personal data collected by us in this context will be deleted once the matter relating to the contact has been fully clarified and it is unlikely that the specific contact will become relevant again in the future, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

7. Hosting

The use of All-Inkl is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is as reliable as possible. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's terminal device (e.g., device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

(2) We have concluded a contract for order processing (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the provider only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

8. Presence on social media, portals

(1) We are represented as operators with online presences on the social networks and platforms listed below (e.g., fan pages or employer review portals). These social networks and platforms are operated exclusively by the respective provider. These presences serve to communicate with customers, interested parties, and users and are used for advertising and market research purposes. If you contact us via our social media channels, we process the data you provide us with, as well as the data necessary to process your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The processing of further data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which is based on the legitimate interest in direct communication with users and the optimization of the design of our online presence. If you have given your consent to the operators of the respective social media platforms (e.g., by checking a box), processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by contacting the provider of the respective platform.

(2) When you visit our social media pages, your user data is collected and provided to us by the provider. The exact types of data vary from provider to provider, but generally include the following information:

- Followers: Number and stored profiles; information about growth and development over a defined time frame.

- Reach: Number of people who see a specific post; number of interactions on a post. From this, it is possible to deduce, for example, which content is more popular than others in the community.

- Ad performance: How many people were reached by a post or paid ad and interacted with it?

- Demographics: Average age of visitors, gender, place of residence, language.

(3) Since our social media channels are operated by the providers of the respective social network, your personal data may be used by them in a supplementary manner over which we have no influence. This often involves the collection of your IP address, the creation of statistical evaluations, and the processing of further information stored in the form of cookies. This data is also often used to display interest-based advertising within and outside the platforms. As the operator, we have no influence on the generation and display of this data and cannot disable this function or prevent the processing of the data.

(4) The most effective way to assert your rights as a data subject and request information is to contact the platform providers directly, as only they have access to your data and can take immediate action. If our assistance is required, we will support you in enforcing your rights as a data subject.

(5) Below you will find the providers of the networks used. If data processing takes place outside the EU, we have taken the necessary measures to ensure that the level of data protection is maintained (usually by concluding the EU standard data protection clauses). 9. Matomo

(1) We use the web analytics software Matomo to analyze the use of our website and to understand what interests visitors to our websites (reach analysis). The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.

(2) Cookies are stored on your computer for this evaluation. You can stop the evaluation by deleting existing cookies or preventing cookies from being stored. The legal basis for this data processing is your consent, which you have given via the cookie banner, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect by accessing the cookie settings and changing your selection there.

(3) This website uses Matomo with the extension “AnonymizeIP.” This means that IP addresses are truncated before being processed, thereby ruling out any direct personal references. The IP address transmitted by your browser via Matomo is not merged with other data collected by us.
